
North Korea’s military said Wednesday it was moving to “forever shut off and hinder the southern line” with Seoul and had informed the US military to forestall a coincidental conflict.
In an explanation, Pyongyang said it would “cut goes romping and rail routes” that could have sometime worked with movement between the two Koreas.
